Welcome to PadelChess ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://padelchess.me. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PadelChess website and application (the "Service").

Service Provider

The Service is operated by Aleksei Gerasimenko, acting as an individual. PadelChess is a product name and not a registered legal entity.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using PadelChess, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2 Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

Some features may allow you to submit content such as usernames, progress data, or profile information.

By submitting content, you:

  • Confirm that you have the right to provide it
  • Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service
  • Agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools or bots without permission
  • Upload malicious or harmful code

5. Payments & Access

5.1 One-Time Payments

PadelChess offers paid access plans that require a one-time payment.

Available plans may include:

  • One-year access — valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Lifetime access — valid for as long as the Service remains available

All prices are displayed before purchase. No automatic renewal occurs.

5.2 Access Duration

For one-year plans: Access expires automatically 12 months after purchase. No further charges will occur.

For lifetime plans: Access is granted for the lifetime of the PadelChess service. This does not guarantee indefinite availability of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

5.3 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of your country of residence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to PadelChess and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

PadelChess does not provide professional sports, medical, or coaching advice. All content is for educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelChess is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at: https://padelchess.me/terms

Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
